clutch spring is slipping

i have tightened the the clutch nut twice and it keeps loosening and i dont know why

Probably the nylon "locking" insert is worn or just not providing enough friction. Apply a drop of blue threadlock to the threads of the top shaft.

Inside the nut you are tightening for the slipper clutch.

This type of nut is very common, any decent diy store should have it. You can also use threadlocker, same source.
