Need a better battery than 1800 NiMh

I need a better battery than the stock in the amp, any suggestions, and not too expensive

For a stock amp with the stock 20A esc that it comes with you can safely upgrade to an 8.4v 7 cell battery HOWEVER the 7 cell battery comes in two configurations: 1st is a 7 cell flat which is just barely too long for the battery tray or 2nd is a 7 cell hump. Both types require a velcro strap to keep them down. I have a flat and I wished I went with a hump. But the power is a noticeable increase, I'd say a 10-20% increase just enough to make it "fun". I can run it non stop without issues so far. Motor and esc both get a little warm but nothing has fried yet. I cant speak to/about 2s lipo (yet) but I have seen people on youtube running their amps on 2s lipo. I'm going to try this 2400mah 25c 2s that came with this other truck I got and see how long my esc lasts. I plan to replace it anyways I just want to see how long it will go before 2s fries it.
