new esc for brushless motor

Can I pretty much run any 60A to 70A brushless esc with my stock tazer 3300kv brushless motor?

Looking to upgrade to a better quality over my Tazer 45A ESC.

I believe the only thing that matters is that the ESC is capable of supplying the power needed by the motor. So, in theory, if your 45A ESC was sufficient then anything above that will work.

I'll second that.

HOWEVER, you need to try to find the maximum current draw for that motor, if at all possible. A 3300kv motor might actually push the limits of a 60A ESC. I run a HW Justock ESC with a 13.5t/2800kv motor for racing Stadium Truck (indoors) with 78/28 final gearing and things start to get pretty warm (both ESC and motor) at the 9 minute mark (races last 5-6 minutes so no worry there). The motor draws a maximum of 60A.
