Took a little break from my boats earlier this year and put this together. I love this buggy it handles better and holds up better than my associated trucks. Can't wait to get it on the local indoor tracks this winter. Setup for loamy outdoor tracks right now. Castle 1406, sidewinder 3 esc, proline shocks, proline trenchers with beadlocks, duratrax six packs in front, protek servo, RPM bell crank, hotracing knuckles, traxxas turnbuckles throughout

Looks great! Now lets get a vid of it going around your track!

Yes the hot racing knuckles are awesome. Also the RPM bell crank is amazing, can do figure 8's now, lots of throw in the steering now. I ordered them as soon as I lost my first shoulder screw. I will get a video soon I am building a new track on my property, the one behind my barn is a jungle now Lol. My buddy also has a nice track

Thanks. I expect it to be pretty competitive. Definitely needs some help out of the box if you want to get it on a track and put in hard laps. It handles as good if not better than my associated t4 and t5.

On a side note, my new track is coming around. Still have some more brush to clear on the right side, it won't be just a circle. Dirt is mint after a few days of rain and raking it out. This is a much better spot than back by my barn, the shade keeps weed growth down a lot. I should get a lot of work done on it this weekend, weather is looking good.

I spray sugar water on my track it makes a huge difference. Keeps the dust down and traction is crazy.

Can you provide some details about the shocks you are using? Which model did you install (part #)? Any compromises in travel?

I'm not gonna lie; I'm jealous as hell of anyone who can put together a backyard track. I wish I had enough land....

I like what you've done to your AMP so far. I am also a big fan of the Powerstrokes. Just so smooth...

Sorry haven't been on here lately and just noticed your question, been running my boats with this beautiful weather. They are pro-line powerstroke shocks for a short course truck. I believe they are a little shorter than the factory shocks, but I run my buggy pretty low to the ground. I had them laying around that's why I used them, they work extremely well for what I do with them. I'm also now running 2.8 proline badlands which work great for a loamy outdoor track like the track in my back yard or my buddies track. Handles like a 1/8 buggy now. IMG_0006.jpg
