Ruckus 4wd front axle

Has anyone had issues with the front axles having too much in and out play in the front hubs?

I've thrown two of the pins that sit inside of the axle cup from having too much play. I need to shim it, but will be replacing the hubs with aluminum ones very soon.

@slowmethinks I've not heard of any major issues, but I think you're on the right track about trying to shim them.

My LGS was out of 6mm shims. Lowe's had 6mm washers but they were too thick. Also, OD on the covered the bearing entirely and caused binding. So, I found fiber washers at Home Depot that were thin enough and are perfect.
