Taping tires?

Has anyone ever taped tires? Is it something I can do to my tires or would it be better to buy new wheels, foam, and tires or just do it to the wheels I already have. I really don't want to buy everything again, as I have 90$ worth or mounted prolines.

Below is a video of my tire doing to so-called ballooning. The left tire is a Street Fighter and the one on the right is a Dirt Hawg.

This is with a 21T pinion and a 3s Li-po.

Your video isn't showing at the moment. I've done it on a few sets of tires. Monster truck tires are very prone to balooning. You can do it on any tire really, just wrap a few times the inside of the tire.

So the video didn't attach for some reason.
So here are some pictures.

Taping (strapping) them is easy enough, but you will have to dissolve the tire glue, then reglue them when you're done.
