Best pinion gear ?

Trying to upgrade my tornmemt for some serious speed on a 2s lipo. Have a castle 3800kv motor . What size if pinion should i be using for bashing?

If its a. 2wd and you have the stock rear bumper and skid plate the motor can only swivel enough for a 21t. I have a 26t but it won't fit.
